March 11th the Senate passed a bill to extend unemployment benefits to the tune of $138 billion, claiming it would be cruel to end them now with the job market as it is. March 11th the Senate passed a bill to extend unemployment benefits to the tune of $138 billion, claiming it would be cruel to end them now with the job market as it is. Congress on the other hand doesn't appear to share the same empathy for the millions people that rely on their benefits to survive. Taking control of your life and securing your future is evident if you want to avoid being a circumstantial victim.

One might think that Congress is just so busy that they have misunderstood the job market. The unemployment rate hasn't increased maybe they haven't noticed that it hasn't decreased either. Not a chance folks, it boils down to the fact that they really could care less and why should they! The members of Congress have secured themselves a position with locked down life long benefits like: Health Care, Huge Retirement Packages and the security of knowing they will never be forced out due to Age or Economic stability. Sleeping through, televised, National Disaster conference's isn't even enough to get them tossed, we've seen it for years.

Everyone wants financial security, that's precisely why we go to work. Even though you're not secure, you still go and put up with office politics, long hours, low pay and crappy boss's. If you can put all that effort into a job or company you don't like, think what you could achieve working for yourself.

The time is now to STOP being a Victim and become an Entrepreneur! Taking control of your life is vital. Right now the fast growing Entrepreneur's are Internet Marketer's. Statistics show that within a few years 132 million people, in the US alone, will be purchasing online. Now add consumer's outside of the US and imagine the staggering customer base these Entrepreneur's will have literally at their finger tips. Is there any doubt why Internet Entrepreneur's are making so much money, securing their future and growing at such a rapid rate.

Though Congress cannot control the internet's growth, there are factors that could lead you right into being a Victim, especially if you know nothing about Internet Marketing as was my case. When I started searching for a home business, after being downsized out of my job, I knew nothing about internet marketing, or either the internet or marketing for that matter. I did however know enough to google every prospect. Lets face it every video or article you read sounds like a great opportunity until you Google it!

Noted are a few tips, I gathered, if becoming an Internet Entrepreneur is of interest to you:

1) Google each possible venture.

2) Read the comments (take note of type, evaluate, some are not valid).

3) Don't Believe "You'll Make Thousand's Of Dollar's Doing Nothing".

4) Check For Hidden Costs, What You Need To Start Should Be Included And Stated Up Front.

5) Platforms Considered Should Have Support, Training And Mentoring.

Being an Internet Marketer, like me, might not be what you're looking for but my tips will be applicable for any Internet Opportunity that sparks your interest. After being downsized I realized "I Am The Only One I Can Count On" and luckily found a Home Based Business that allowed me to take control of my life, secure my future and avoid ever again being a victim. I wish you the best in finding yours.

Warm Wishes,

Tammy
