It is heartbreaking and stressful to have a smoker member in the family who smokes and who suffers its damaging consequences. The minute that you decide and commit to quit smoking, the faster you would see your health improve greatly, and the better your relationships with your loved ones will be as you are able to show them how much you care by struggling to quit.
