Healthy foods such as fruits and vegetable must be included in the diet because these food groups contain essential nutrients to keep one's body healthy especially the eyes. One of the best sources of Vitamin A is the yellow vegetables such as squash. Intake of fruits also helps because fruits are also good source of nutrients for the body. It is highly encourage that fruits and vegetables be include in the diet in order to ensure that the nutrients needed by the body.

Another important tip to care for the eye is by taking in vitamins daily. There are already thousands of vitamins in many stores today and one of those is dedicated for eye health. Many people do not prepare healthy food anymore because they are too busy with work. In order to recompense for the lack of nutrient intake due to inability to prepare good or healthy foods, vitamins and supplements should be taken daily.

One more health care tip for eye care is regulation of technology use. There are already many technologies nowadays that can affect eyesight especially if used for a long time. Example is staring into the computer screen for a long time, using cell phones, watching television, etc. If one will not minimize using the technologies or take a rest in between use, eye damage will surely occur.
