There are various websites around, but not all are the same. Some are for beginners and some are for experts only. The best ones are the sites that offer actual instruction, not just lectures. These instructors offer video lessons at whatever skill level you're currently at.

Another cool feature of online lessons is that it is easy to skip ahead to lessons geared to your skill level if you have mastered the beginner lessons.

I bought my guitar about a year ago and after trying to play for a few weeks, I gave up. But then one day I heard one of my favorite songs and I got that itch again. The irresistible urge to pick my guitar and start rocking. But, soon enough, I put it down thinking it was just too hard to learn.

So, my suggestion is to shell out the 50 cents a day and learn electric guitar online today. You'll be jamming along with your favorite tunes in no time, and you'll have a blast doing it!
