Safe, effective, and better for your health, and our planet! Many people still use the old fashioned traps, and others use bait or poison. The problem with the traps is that they can harm other small animals, as well. The main concern with the poison is twofold: it's cruel to the rats because they die a slow and painful death and it's cruel to the rats' predators because they eat the rats and die from the poison. No killing, and no harming the planet. We've established we're all for it. It's a good thing there are green solutions to our rat problems. Repellents. All natural rat repellents. They are non toxic and non invasive to humans. The rats cant stand the way they smell. It's a win-win! No harsh gross chemicals to make you, your family and your co-workers sick, and the rats stay away to live healthy happy lives, outside where they belong! It's true that there are other options for rat control. Many people use exterminators, and some use humane traps to catch these rodents. Extermination can leave dead animals in or near your home or business, though, and humane traps leave the question of what to do with the rat once it's caught. If you let it go too near your home, it's only going to find its way back. You should also do what you can to discourage rats from coming near your property. Don't leave food out or leave your garbage cans full and open to the elements. Make sure that you keep bird feeders and compost piles away from other areas where rats could live and breed. Being responsible about your rat control is one great way to help the environment. If you do your part and use eco-friendly solutions to control the rats around your home or business, you'll be doing the planet, your family, your customers, and the rats a favor. You'll also help to protect precious resources like the groundwater, because chemicals can get into it from other rat control methods. True rat control comes from humanely disposing of the rats that you already have and keeping new rats from thinking your home or business is a good place to be. If they don't find shelter and food there, they won't hang around. Using all-natural rat repellents can help to ensure that they go elsewhere to look for their next meal and that they don't make their nests where they aren't wanted.
