It's amazing how some people simply have the knack of choosing the exact suit shirt and tie to wear at any occasion, be it formal or social. They always seem to arrive impeccably dressed looking chic and well groomed

Men's suits have a many varieties of colors and patterns. Shoppers should consider the purpose for which they are buying a suit as well as the season. Pin stripes, still popular for many business events, are often too formal for social gatherings. Light colored suits may be popular for a spring or summer season change of pace, but the darker colors have greater utility in a man's wardrobe.

Men can also choose between the single-breasted or the double-breasted suit style. The double-breasted suit, often associated with old bygone days, is back in the collection of many designers.

Finding a suit that fits your body is another important feature to consider. You may want to go with having a custom made suit or one that can be fitted to your particular measurements.

Never arrive at social functions without having inquired or considered the correct attire. It may be the case that you arrive for a wedding dressed totally at odds with the rest of the party. Ensure you never make such a mistake at any time by planning ahead and discovering what everyone else will be wearing.

Socially, dress etiquette is not as rigid. One can almost push the bounds of good taste at certain events as everybody present will simply think of you as dressing individually. Lastly, get a second opinion. Your partner or wife would be a good place to go for an honest opinion. But make sure you listen to them. It is one thing to be comfortable but you want to look good as well. If you have to convince yourself it is right, it probably isn't.
