Drinking water with food: You can't just drink water with food and expect to reach optimal levels of hydration. You see, your body dehydrates in between meals, thus you need to drink small amounts of water consistently during the entire day. 4. Having too much coffee: Or any other source of caffeine in excess. You see, too much caffeine will disrupt sleeping patterns, prematurely age you and drain your adrenals. So please tapper down your caffeine intake to readjust your receptors and then slowly reintroduce it for maximum effect. 5. Having too many calories per meal: Even if the meal is super healthy, having too many calories will cause blood sugar levels to spike and subsequently, energy levels to plummet. So make sure that all your meals, the healthy and unhealthy, are controlled for portion size. Increasing your energy is the best gift you can give yourself.
