Finding my house in Costa Rica when I wanted a second home for my family was the best decision I have made. With a limited income after retirement and with many responsibilities on the financial side, relocating to Costa Rica which is more affordable than other places makes life a lot more comfortable. This was the only way we could still live in the same style which we were used to, and not have to spend as much as before either.

Finding my house in Costa Rica was also a retired man's dream and as I was almost there I needed a home which was affordable and comfortable at the same time. Costa Rica is an inexpensive place to live in and the security cheque would go much further than in any other place. There are many other reasons for various people, who like me finding my house in Costa Rica, would also like to relocate to this country. These are those who have retired and want to lead a peaceful life in an affordable town, for those who want to have the experience of living abroad and also for those who are thinking of a holiday home in this picturesque place with its beaches. There are many aspects that one has to think about when deciding on relocating like security and medical aid and finding my house in Costa Rica gave us all this an more. This place was a major tourist attraction and it was easy to pick up some trade which was connected to tourism. After retirement it would be easy to think of a new business here. Finding my house in Costa Rica was a family decision, but there are many who just want to invest in good property and buy themselves a second home. A there are no restriction for foreigners to buy property here and the cost of houses is inexpensive when compared to other places; this is really an ideal choice for buying a second home in. One more thing that I have realized since finding my house in Costa Rica is the wonderful weather. The summers are cool and the winters are pleasant. Buying a property here means a valuable investment which will fetch great profits if we decide to sell it at any given time. With the major part of the extended family living in the United States, finding my house in Costa Rica also meant not being too far from them. Flying back to see them was just a matter of a few hours. So with so many benefits and plus points it was really a wise choice to buy our new home here. Safety, security, economical, beautiful and peaceful. What more could anyone ask for, for a getaway after retirement.
