Immigrants to the United States who are not yet eligible for US health care package have an option to get a good health care insurance even as they await their eligibility for total US health care package. This is convey by the Bridge Plan Insurance. Insurance package has short term health plan scheme where New Immigrants to the US aged between 60 and 95 and are awaiting acceptance to the National medicare system in the States can still have full medical care as they await their acceptance. It is only limited to them. Foreigners residing at least five years in the US can also be a part of the scheme. This Bridge Plan package is available for US citizens who unfortunately missed and are waiting to apply for medicare during the next enrollment period. It has a great benefits for those who eventually buy into it through the good policy. It has Former being Hospital coverages with Parts A and B rather than the other which is the Out Patience coverage. One can either purchase either or both packs. The Bridge Plan Insurance Plan offers a policy maximum of $250,000.00 for the age range of 60 to 74, $100,000.00 for the ranges of 75 to 79 years and $50,000.00 for the 80 to 95years age range. A breakdown of how this policy works for the different parts A and B is such that the Part A includes benefits of Hospitalization, Home health and facilities and other cares based on medical necessity. Granting the benefits as costs of Physicians and Surgeons, supplies, therapy and ambulance services otherwise is the Part B. Applying for this Insurance plan mean involves writing an application haven't met all the initially described options or fallen into the needed category. A three to four week period is needed by the underwriters to carefully review one's two paged application which must be accompanied with the medical release form. The applicant will sent to the underwriters of his medical records and probably schedule for some medical examination. Paid for the underwriters for this examination. Having a limit to how much one who buys this policy receives is ideal and suitable for the categoried outlined earlier of the Bridge Plan. It pays but not surely at all a huge part of health care expenses. DISCLAIMER: This article is provided as information only and is not to be taken as financial advice.
